So it is now 12:07am Friday morning, and I’m on hold with Cingular the “new” AT&T Wireless…
I have been on the phone with them since 10:30pm Thursday night… But have only actually talked to people for about 20 minutes of that…
My “NEW” replacement phone is now not working either. It’s having the same exact problems the other one was having. Hmmm… imagine that!
I keep getting told that I only have to hold for 3-5 minutes… but yet an Hour and a half later, still listening to this ANNOYING hold music!
You’d think they’d vamp up the music a little bit! Especially with the long hold times…
I want to just be done with this whole process! Just give me a new phone, and make it work!
Well hopefully the music will stop soon and I’ll get to talk to someone! Although they will probably just put me on hold again… O well what can ya do?
P.S. Cingular’s Customer Service STINKS!

That is why I am with Alltel. Longest wait I have ever had 5 min. and they all speak English as a first language.
Although they don’t have the iphone
